Kathleen Cartier, Real Estate Advisor
Originally from the Bay area and a native Californian, Kathleen has called the South Bay, specifically Manhattan Beach, her home since 1970. Kathleen attended UC Berkeley and UCLA, graduated with a BA in Sociology, and subsequently obtained her Juris Doctorate before embarking on her successful real estate career.
A consistent top producer representing South Bay homeowners and homebuyers for the past 36 years, Kathleen has become an esteemed realtor highly regarded by her clients and professionals in the field and beyond. She was selected by the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) as one of the 14 finalists in the state of California for the prestigious Champion of Homes award. She has been a new agent instructor and a well known and requested speaker for numerous real estate organizations. Tapped by national relocation services as a corporate relocation specialist, she has a vast and expert background servicing relocation accounts. A dominant repeat and referral client base is further testimony to her extensive area knowledge and the highly experienced skill set that she brings to the real estate table.
Most importantly, Kathleen is committed to listening to her clients' needs so that she can ensure that they have a 5 star experience. She is communicative, thorough, and detail-oriented - you can rest assured that she'll be alongside you every step of the way whether you're a first time home buyer or a long time valued client. As an experienced agent, Kathleen understands that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client's life and views the representation and guidance of her clients through this process as a true privilege.
